Appointments
We have an appointments system – appointments are for 10 minutes – If you have more than one problem you may feel you need to ask for a double appointment. Urgent and non-urgent appointments may be arranged by telephone or in person.

Test Results

New Patient Registration

registrationPlease bring your NHS number with you when you come to register and allow adequate time to complete the necessary forms. It is essential that all new patients attend a health check to determine any current or past problems, discuss medication and health promotion and plan for future care.

It is useful if you have attended this appointment before your first consultation with the Doctor, as it often takes several weeks for your previous records to arrive at this Practice.

Practice Area

We can accept only those patients living in our designated Practice area. Patients who move out of the Practice area should register with a new Doctor near their new home. This is important to ensure that a Doctor is available should they require an urgent visit.

Temporary Residents

If you have a friend or relative staying with you for no longer than 3 months who becomes ill, they may be seen as a temporary resident during their stay in the area.
