We now have 45 Patient Reference Group members whom we contact via e-mail.  They form a group of unpaid volunteer patients who are involved in making sure the Surgery provides the services its patients need.  They have been involved in setting the priorities for our annual Patient Survey and have agreed the list of actions we have taken as a result of that survey.  The results of the survey and the list of agreed actions can be found on this site.

We are aware that not everyone has access to computers and e-mail facilities at home but free e-mail access is available to library members at local libraries.  We have limited meeting room facilities on site and using e-mail as a means of communication should help us reach as many people as possible.  Also, e-mail can be accessed at the convenience of each individual and no-one is tied to meeting dates/times.

We always welcome new members to the Group.  A membership application form and a brief explanatory leaflet are available at our Reception Desk.  Alternatively you can ask for them to be e-mailed to you - please click on the 'contact us' button to find an e-mail address for your request.
