We have now formed a Patient Reference Group with the objective of contacting patients occasionally to ask them questions about the Surgery and how well we are doing to identify areas for improvement.  Dr Judy Shapland and Dr Rishi Nair have agreed to be the GP Champions for this group and they will be able to answer or comment on any clinical issues.  Jenny Doane (Practice Manager) will be the main administrative contact.  If you are interested in joining the Group you will need to have access to e-mail facilities.  Invitations/information can be found at our front desk.
